Expectiations:
Professional Conduct
Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour advance notice is required for appointment cancellations. If unable to provide notice, 100% of the session fee will be charged and must be paid before booking another appointment. Gift certificates will be voided without 24-hour notice, and for massage packages.
No-Shows
Missing an appointment without notice will be considered a “no-show.” The full session fee will be charged, and future bookings will not be accepted until payment is made. Gift certificates associated with missed appointments will be void.
Late Arrivals
Appointments are scheduled specifically for each client. If arriving late, the session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. The therapist will determine if there is enough time to proceed, but the full session fee will still apply.
Please plan accordingly and arrive on time to ensure the best experience.
Urgent & After-Hours Appointments
If a same-day appointment is required or if an appointment extends beyond normal business hours, a $20 urgency fee will be added to the total cost.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final—refunds are not available. A $20 transfer fee applies if a gift certificate is used by someone other than the original recipient. Gift certificates have no cash value and may only be used for the service specified.
